City Wharf Offices let in £100,000 package

City Wharf, Salford: 6,500 sq ft office suite let in £100,000 package on behalf of private owners from Northern Ireland.

In a total package approaching £100,000 a year, Roger Hannah & Co has agreed the letting of a 6,500 sq ft office suite in Salford, acting on behalf of owners from Northern Ireland. New tenants PCSA International Ltd have taken the second floor of the substantial office building on New Bailey Street which is next to Salford Station and the Mark Addy public house. The agreed rental is £15 per square foot and the lease will run until October 2014.
